Compassionate Care.

Core Confidence.

Family-centered physical therapy, pelvic health and wellness

Hi! I’m Ashley. I created Helix Pelvic Health to offer a family centered model of pelvic healthcare for mothers and their children. My passion is empowering people to heal, and my profession is physical therapy. I am a mother of two and I understand that your children are your universe, and you are theirs. My goal is to help you feel stronger and more confident through labor, delivery and beyond. I am here to help your kids navigate potty-training challenges, constipation, urinary leakage, menstrual pain and athletic injuries.

My Approach

I value collaboration and empathic listening in the creation of a care plan that fits family needs. I integrate the current research and patient education to help you better understand your own body. I help you apply core recruitment strategies to real-life. I want you to get stronger doing what you love, even while caring for your baby!

I’d love to hear from you!

What the Helix Represents

Early association with the helix or spiral is that of the feminine spirit. The helix symbolizes persistence of movement and the endurance to keep going no matter the obstacle. The helix is a fundamental unit of life. It can be found in nature everywhere from the sunflower, to the galaxy, to DNA. The helix is three dimensional and dynamic representing the dimensions of movement in the human body. The Helix represents bringing us from our outer consciousness to our center or core.

Mother and baby

“I can't imagine a physical therapist more dedicated or capable than Ashley. She takes the time to tailor a routine that is best for me and always goes the extra mile to be sure that I fully understand next steps and at-home exercises. She helped me to resolve my diastasis recti, and I recommend her without hesitation for any indication, especially postpartum care. I am extremely lucky to be able to receive physical therapy from Ashley.'“
